All orders are shipped using Australia Post eParcel or Couriers.

Glasslock Australia offers shipping to only
in Australia. No international shipping at the moment.

Shipping Charges
All orders are shipped using Australia Post or Couriers.. A flat
rate of $12.00 shipping applies to all orders shipped within Australia. We
reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for large and commercial
orders. If you wish to make a large or commercial order please contact us with your delivery address for a quote.

Shipping Method
Australia Post eParcel and Couriers is a door-to-door service. We can deliver to residential addresses, business
addresses and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensures that you specify the business name together with a
contact name at the destination.

Shipping Time frame
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1- 3 business
days of the order being placed. Delivery usually takes 2-9 Business days for
delivery, however the delivery may be delayed by Australian post or couriers.

Stock Location
Glasslock Australia operates from one location – in New South Wales. We will always do our best to ship your order from the location closest to you however this may depend on the availability of goods at the time.

1. How Do I Order Online?
① Browse
the website and add any items you wish to purchase by specifying the quantity
and clicking Add to Cart
② After you
have added the last item you wish to purchase to your shopping cart,
click Proceed to Checkout
③ Log in to
your existing account or create a new account
④ Enter the
shipping address
⑤ Select
the shipping method to be used to delivery your order
⑥ Enter the
payment type either Paypal or Bank transfer. Credit card is unavailable at the moment.

2. How
do I know if an item I ordered is on back order?
Most of our products are in stock. Generally
we will state clearly and also prevent customer to
purchase products that are out of stock. But if you do we will
contact you and let you know that we will be refunding the money.
3.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be
cancelled or changed if they have not been shipped. Please be aware that orders
are generally shipped within one working day, so it is advisable to contact us as soon as possible when you want to cancel or change
an order.
4. How
can I check the status of my order online?
You can follow the
fulfilment status of your order from the My Account section of our website.
After your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent to the
email address you provided. This email will provide you with an Australian
eParcel or Fastway Courier tracking number. You can track the shipping status of your order
at www.auspost.com.au/track or www.fastway.com.au
5. Payment
Information
What forms of payment are accepted?
We only accept
PayPal and Bank Deposit. Please
send us remittance advice when you send payment via bank.
If
you place an order and change your mind before the order is shipped, then you
can contact our customer service centre and we can easily reverse the
transaction. If at any point you are unsure if an
order has gone through or not please email us sales@glasslock.com.au so that we can assist you.
Return Policy
Returns
When you shop at Glasslock
Australia, you can do so with confidence – the confidence of
knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can
return it and we will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within
the guidelines outlined below.
The quickest and easiest way to return a product that is purchased online is to
contact our friendly & reliable Customer Service team via sales@glasslock.com.au
We want you to be 100% happy with your Glasslock Australia purchase
and if the condition of the product isn't holding up its end of the bargain,
we'll fix it in a hassle free manner.
Proof
of Purchase
Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or
repair requests must be accompanied by one of the following Proof of Purchase
documents:
§ Original purchase receipt
(this is sent to your nominated email address for online purchases).
§
Original return/exchange receipt
Goods
Arrived Damaged?
If, for some reason, your goods arrive damaged or
inoperable we will do everything we can to fix the issue. Obviously, this is
our responsibility and we will correct things as quickly as possible. Please email us at sales@glasslock.com.au
Change
of Mind
If you have changed your mind about your purchase within the 14 day money back period, Glasslock Australia will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:
§ You return the item within 14 days of purchase;
§ You provide Proof of Purchase
§ The item is in re-saleable condition including that:
- It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals/labels and all accessories;
- It is unused and in its original condition
In these instances the customer will bear the expense of returning the goods to Glasslock Australia warehouse.
If you are unable to provide satisfactory Proof of Purchase, Glasslock
Australia may, in its absolute discretion, provide you with an exchange to
the current value of the item provided that:
The
item is in re-saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and
labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and
the item is unused and as sold); and
We can verify that
the item was originally purchased from Glasslock
Australia; and
The item is not a Special Exception (see below); and Satisfactory Identification (see below) is presented at the time of the return.
Refund
Payment Method
We will refund using
your original payment method. We are confident that you'll be thoroughly
satisfied with your purchase from us. It's a good idea for everyone, though, to
have guidelines in place in case something happens.
